1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Statutory Cancellation Right)

According to EU consumer protection laws, customers in Germany have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

  • Withdrawal Period: The period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the Lunch Box.
  • Notification: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email at support@vokey.shop.

2. General Return Conditions

Beyond the statutory withdrawal period, or for general returns, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Since our products are Lunch Boxes (food-related containers), for hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use, food residue, or washed surfaces cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@vokey.shop with your order number and "Return Request" in the subject line.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address:

  3. Pack the item securely and include your original packing slip or order confirmation.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved.
  • Currency: All refunds are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars). Please note that if your local bank account is in Euros (€), the final amount may vary slightly based on the exchange rate at the time of the refund.
  • Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Lunch Box arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at support@vokey.shop with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
