Billing Terms and Conditions

This Billing Terms and Conditions document governs the payment transactions for vokey.shop (owned and operated by 321 SOLD LLC). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept the following forms of secure payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (where available).
  • Shop Pay: For accelerated checkout.

All payment information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your data remains private and protected.

2. Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Base Currency: All transactions, product prices, and shipping valuations are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Currency Conversion: For our customers in Germany, your bank or credit card issuer will convert the total amount from USD to Euros (EUR) at their prevailing exchange rate.
  • Transaction Fees: vokey.shop is not responsible for any international transaction fees or currency conversion charges applied by your financial institution.

3. Order Authorization and Billing

  • Authorization: When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized for the full order amount.
  • Settlement: Your account will be charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process.
  • Verification: To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to verify payment details before shipping your Lunch Box. If we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent activity, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Tax and Duties (Import VAT)

  • As 321 SOLD LLC is based in the United States, orders shipped to Germany may be subject to local Import VAT and customs duties.
  • These charges are calculated by German customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • All prices displayed on vokey.shop are exclusive of German VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Currency

In the event of a refund, the amount will be issued in USD to your original payment method. Please note that due to currency fluctuations, the amount in Euros (EUR) received in your account may differ slightly from the amount originally paid.

6. Secure Processing

Your payment is processed through Shopify’s secure payment gateway. vokey.shop does not store or have access to your full credit card number or CVV code.
