1. Shipping Cost

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to Germany. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently specialize in serving the German market.
  • If you are located outside of Germany and wish to purchase, please contact us at support@vokey.shop to check availability.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 7–13 business days.
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing, postal service disruptions, or extreme weather conditions.

5. Currency and Payment

  • All transactions and shipping valuations are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars).

6. Tracking Your Order

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for German Customers)

  • Since 321 SOLD LLC is based in the United States, orders shipped to Germany may be subject to import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and/or customs clearance fees once a shipment reaches your country.
  • vokey.shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

9. Damaged Items in Transit

  • If your Lunch Box arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at support@vokey.shop with photos of the package.
